- Training, counselling, and coaching of staff.
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties – including handling all travels, ticket and hotel booking etc.
- Conducting performance and salary reviews.
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Creating clear and concise reports.
- Ensuring workplace coherence, employee engagement and development.
- Maintaining workplace privacy and confidentiality is key to the role.
- Reliability, Availability and Timely execution of assigned tasks.
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to organizational needs
- Knowledge of relevant statutory compliances - ESI, PF; Leave policies etc.
