  • Consistently recruiting excellent staff.

  • Training, counselling, and coaching of staff.
  • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties – including handling all travels, ticket and hotel booking etc.
  • Conducting performance and salary reviews.
  • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
  • Creating clear and concise reports.
  • Ensuring workplace coherence, employee engagement and development.
  • Maintaining workplace privacy and confidentiality is key to the role.
  • Reliability, Availability and Timely execution of assigned tasks.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to organizational needs
  • Knowledge of relevant statutory compliances - ESI, PF; Leave policies etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
