We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager (Arabic speaking must) to oversee all aspects of human resources operations and strategy. The ideal candidate will be Arabic-speaking with a proven track record of managing HR functions including experience working with Emirati employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and training.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Build strong relationships with Emirati employees and support Emiratisation initiatives.
- Oversee employee engagement and retention programs.
- Advise management on organizational structure, talent management, and succession planning.
- Manage and mentor the HR team to ensure operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Demonstrated experience working with Emirati employees.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
