Manager HR

Key Responsibilities Ability to build strong working relationships with business heads and senior leaders. Understanding business needs and aligning HR strategies accordingly. Managing expectations and providing timely updates to stakeholders. Understanding of business operations, revenue drivers, and organizational goals. Ability to translate business needs into HR solutions. Strategic thinking and decision-making. Clear, concise, and professional communication (written and verbal). Ability to present HR insights and data to leadership. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Identifying HR challenges and offering effective solutions. Analytical mindset to evaluate data and recommend action plans. Handling employee escalations with maturity. End-to-end understanding of HR processes including payroll, compliance, onboarding, recruitment, performance management, and exit processes. Strong grip on HR policies and labour laws. Address employee issues professionally and confidentially. Conduct meetings, counselling sessions, and grievance handling. Maintaining a healthy work environment. Ability to interpret HR metrics such as attrition, headcount, attendance, recruitment pipeline, and compliance status. Preparing reports and dashboards for leadership review. Supporting business through organizational changes such as restructuring, policy changes, or new processes. Ensuring smooth adoption of HR initiatives. Understanding manpower requirements and delivering hiring solutions. Coordinating with HOD or managers and ensuring timely closures. Handling sensitive HR and employee information with discretion. Maintaining trust and integrity in all interactions. Managing multiple branches, teams, or business units simultaneously. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
