Job Summary

The Manager – Human Resources is responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end recruitment, employee grievance handling, and effective HR team management at Anderson Diagnostics and Laboratory Services. The role ensures smooth HR operations, compliance with employee engagement, and alignment of HR strategies with organizational objectives in a healthcare diagnostic environment.

Recruitment & Manpower Planning

  • High Proficient in Recruitment portals (Linkedin, Indeed, Naukri, etc.,)
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for all levels including technicians, doctors, paramedical staff, administrative and support roles.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
  • Manage sourcing through job portals, referrals, campus hiring, job fairs, and local recruitment drives.
  • Conduct interviews, salary negotiations, and issue offer letters.
  • Ensure timely onboarding, induction, and documentation of new joiners.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and attrition.

Employee Grievance Handling

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and ensure fair and timely resolution.
  • Conduct grievance meetings, counseling sessions, and investigations when required.
  • Maintain grievance records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Advise management on disciplinary actions, warning letters, and corrective measures as per company policy.
  • Promote a positive work culture and employee relations across all branches.

HR Team Handling & Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team, including recruiters and HR executives.
  • Allocate work, set targets, and review team performance on a regular basis.
  • Train the HR team on recruitment processes, HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
  • Ensure coordination between HR, operations, and departmental heads.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
  • 8–12+ years of experience in HR, preferably in healthcare, hospital, or diagnostics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, labor laws, and grievance management.
  • Proven experience in team handling and multi-location HR operations.
