We are in search of an adept and strategic HR Manager to lead our HR department in a dynamic chemical company. As the HR Manager, you will hold a pivotal role in overseeing comprehensive human resource functions, ensuring proficient workforce management and growth. This leadership position demands close collaboration with senior management to harmonize HR strategies with the organization’s overarching objectives. You will spearhead a team of HR professionals, orchestrating the implementation of policies, programs, training, and practices aimed at attracting, retaining, and nurturing talent, all while cultivating a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Must Have:
– Identify HR priorities, create actionable plans, and guide their effective implementation.
– Ensure adherence to labor laws, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
– Oversee contract labor compliance to maintain regulatory standards
– Manage employee relations, address grievances, and adeptly resolve conflicts.
– Formulate and implement employee recognition and rewards initiatives.
– Oversee general administration tasks within the organization.
– Conduct regular market evaluations to gauge the efficacy of compensation packages.
– Supervise payroll processes, guaranteeing precision and punctuality in payroll execution.
– Drive leadership development endeavors and strategize for future talent progression.
– Provide guidance through coaching and mentoring, elevating employee career paths.
