Position: HR & IR Manager
Experience: 7+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR & IR operations
  • Handle industrial relations, union interactions & employee grievances
  • Ensure statutory and labor law compliance (Factory Act, CLRA, ID Act, PF, ESIC, etc.)
  • Oversee payroll, attendance & HR operations
  • Lead disciplinary actions, domestic enquiries, show cause & charge sheets
  • Support talent acquisition, onboarding & employee lifecycle management
  • Drive performance management (PMS, KRA/KPI) and HR audits
  • Employee grievances

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in HR & IR
  • Strong exposure to plant/manufacturing environment
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws & compliance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹700,000.00 per year
