As a
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives to foster a high-performing and engaged workforce. Reporting to the head of HR, you'll act as a trusted advisor to leadership and a champion for our employees.
What you will do:-
Provide HR support to a specific business unit within the company.

Responsible to foster a healthy culture of continuous improvement by ensuring high retention rates within their BUs.

Work closely with management and employees on the front line to provide hands-on and strategic expertise, insights, and advice on all HR-related issues.

Educate, coach, and partner with BU managers on performance management and employee development goals.

Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.

Partner with key stakeholders on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.

Lead core HR processes across BU for compensation cycle, annual merit increase, promotions, and transitions.

Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, promotions, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to their BU.

Partner with Learning & Development team to develop value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance.

Must be able to work at all levels of the HR stack - strategic, operational, and tactical, to influence effectively across all levels of the company.
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity, recognize when it is appropriate to introduce more structure and process without derailing current production.
- Work on aligning the global talent strategy with their BU priorities to drive results and boost productivity across their BU.
- Demonstrate credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows upward and downward.

Ability to actively listen and understand the needs of the employees empathetically and develop innovative solutions to address them.
- Act as change agent within their BU and advocate for change management when necessary.

Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.

Oversee and support employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.

Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive decision-making.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain updated knowledge of HR trends and best practices.
What we are looking for;-
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) are a plus.

Experience: At least 5 years of HR experience, with a proven track record as an HRBP or in a similar strategic HR role.

Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and organizational development principles.
