As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives to foster a high-performing and engaged workforce. Reporting to the head of HR, you'll act as a trusted advisor to leadership and a champion for our employees.

What you will do:
  • Provide HR support to a specific business unit within the company.
  • Responsible to foster a healthy culture of continuous improvement by ensuring high retention rates within their BUs.
  • Work closely with management and employees on the front line to provide hands-on and strategic expertise, insights, and advice on all HR-related issues.
  • Educate, coach, and partner with BU managers on performance management and employee development goals.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
  • Partner with key stakeholders on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Lead core HR processes across BU for compensation cycle, annual merit increase, promotions, and transitions.
  • Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, promotions, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to their BU.
  • Partner with Learning & Development team to develop value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance.
  • Must be able to work at all levels of the HR stack - strategic, operational, and tactical, to influence effectively across all levels of the company.
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity, recognize when it is appropriate to introduce more structure and process without derailing current production.
  • Work on aligning the global talent strategy with their BU priorities to drive results and boost productivity across their BU.
  • Demonstrate credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows upward and downward.
  • Ability to actively listen and understand the needs of the employees empathetically and develop innovative solutions to address them.
  • Act as change agent within their BU and advocate for change management when necessary.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
  • Oversee and support employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain updated knowledge of HR trends and best practices.

What we are looking for;
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) are a plus.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of HR experience, with a proven track record as an HRBP or in a similar strategic HR role.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and organizational development principles.
