Manager HSE

Graduate having 10-12 years working experience on Project Site and Head Office in oil & gas sector with multiple plant locations and facilities, reporting to senior management.

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• Acting as the focal point for HSE, visualize, prepare, document and obtain approval for the corporate HSE strategy and induction of HSE best practices throughout the organization and project sites.
• Ensure compliance with industry HSE standards, conduct mandatory tests, and organize audits, inspections and certifications.
• Monitor HSE practices, standards, KPIs, compile HSE data, prepare documentation and reports for management, regulatory and certification bodies, auditors, etc.
• Develop, disseminate and implement HSE standard operating procedures, incident reporting system, emergency response plans, waste management system and HSE Manual.
• Ensure that all projects and operational SOPs are designed in accordance with HSE standards.
• Coordinate with government and non-governmental organizations, HSE institutions and bodies, the industry, etc., maintain database on HSE regulations, standards and norms.
