Operations Executive – Safety Products

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operational activities of our safety products business. The role involves coordinating order processing, inventory management, logistics, and internal communication to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to our industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily order processing, invoicing, and documentation
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
• Work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and warehouse teams
• Ensure timely delivery of products to customers
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and operational activities
• Assist in resolving operational issues related to orders, dispatch, and deliveries
• Support internal coordination between sales, finance, and supply chain teams
• Prepare operational reports and assist in process improvements
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred)
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain coordination
• Experience in industrial products, safety equipment, or MRO supplies is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
