With its Corporate office in Lahore, the AGTL plant at Dera Ghazi Khan, manufactures New Holland (Fiat) tractors in technical collaboration with CNHI - Case New Holland, the Number One manufacturer of agricultural tractors in the world. What you will do?

Purpose:

The role is responsible to maintain Factory Operations Safety protocols and ensure Facilities are operational and well managed. Being HSSE and Facilities manager he or she will be responsible for bringing awareness, setting strong foundation and engaging employee base of the factory and residence estate site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) programs across factory operations and employee residential facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and OHS standards.
• Drive workplace safety through inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action implementation.
• Promote a strong safety culture through awareness campaigns, visual safety management, employee engagement initiatives, and KPI dashboard reporting.
• Champion key safety programs including PPE compliance, machine safety, road safety, electrical safety, work-at-height controls, emergency response, and fire safety.
• Coordinate external audits for high-risk areas and develop rescue, evacuation, and emergency preparedness plans while training employees on emergency response procedures.
• Manage facilities maintenance and infrastructure upkeep to ensure uninterrupted operation of essential services across factory and residential sites.
• Supervise housekeeping, landscaping, maintenance contractors, and safety inspection teams while fostering a proactive approach to risk management.
• Deliver safety orientations, toolbox talks, and mandatory compliance training to strengthen employee awareness and maintain a safe working environment.
• Look after admin related matters at plant.

Education: Minimum bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration or a related discipline from a reputable institution; Safety Facilities knowledge of factory environment is must

Preference will be given to Safety certifications.

Experience and Knowledge: Minimum 10 Years of Experience in Health & Safety, facilities management.

Job-Specific/Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of ways of working of manufacturing units, residences and safety facilities operations
• Able to establish brilliant basics of safety and facilities management.
