Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Manager - Human Resources to join our firm. The successful candidate will oversee the appraisal process, supervise recruitment activities, and handle general HR functions, including payroll management. This role requires a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the appraisal process, ensuring timely completion and accurate ratings

- Supervise recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates

- Handle general HR functions, such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance

- Manage payroll activities, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries

- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement HR strategies

- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement

Requirements:

- MBA degree from a reputable institution

- 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in an IT company

- Proven experience in handling appraisal processes, recruitment, and payroll management

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time management skills
