Key Responsibilities:
HR Leadership: Take full ownership of the HR function, including planning and implementing key HR initiatives.
Policy Development: Review, refine, and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with applicable laws and best practices.
Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage all HR processes from onboarding to exit including documentation, induction, performance management, and offboarding.
Talent Acquisition: Oversee hiring across departments; attract and recruit top talent aligned with the company’s values and growth vision.
Culture & Engagement: Build a strong and inclusive workplace culture by leading employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
Growth & Development: Identify employee development needs and work with leadership to implement training programs.
Ownership & Initiative: Be a proactive problem solver who is self-driven and capable of taking initiative.
Adaptability: Thrive in a startup environment by multitasking, meeting tight deadlines, and handling challenges with a go-getter attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
