Job Description
  • Managing the entire employee life cycle
  • Developing corporate strategies for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, etc.
  • Partner with HOD’s to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential
  • Translate organization needs into HR Interventions to improve business performance and effectiveness
  • Adjust HR strategies and priorities in response to changing business needs
  • Monitor adherence of internal policies and legal standards
  • Initiating employee welfare and engagement activities
  • Addressing the grievances and actively working on employee relations
  • Report to senior management by analysing data and using HR metrics
  • Providing Salary inputs to finance dept. on monthly basis
  • Responsible for the complete appraisal cycle
Skills Required
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop & learn new skills
  • Should possess excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • 6 years & above
