Manager – Human Resources

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Manager – Human Resources for the Human Resources Department.

Required Qualifications

Education: MBA/MPA

Mandatory: 8–10 years of experience in Human Resource Management, preferably in healthcare or hospital sector.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with hospital policies and long-term organizational goals.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including manpower planning, job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and credential verification.

HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and SHCC regulations while maintaining proper HR documentation and employee records.

Performance Management & Employee Development: Implement KPI-based performance appraisal systems, coordinate training programs, and support staff professional development.

Employee Relations & HR Administration: Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters, attendance monitoring, payroll coordination, and HRIS operations to ensure smooth HR department functioning.
