Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore for a Human Resources Manager. The role involves managing a team, developing and implementing HR policies and strategies, and overseeing the full employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, compliance with labor laws, and organizational development initiatives. The HR Manager will also contribute to fostering a positive work culture and aligning HR strategies with the organization’s goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, candidate screening, and onboarding processes
• Strong knowledge of performance management and employee engagement strategies
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance standards
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team management and conflict resolution
• Ability to strategize and align HR initiatives with broader organizational goals
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications are a plus)
• Proven experience in an HR management role, preferably in a similar industry or organizational size

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
