Manager - Incubation

ualification & Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, or related discipline.
• 6–8 years of experience in incubation, startup ecosystem, or enterprise development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage incubation programs for entrepreneurial students.
• Build partnerships with industry, investors, and mentors.
• Design business support services for startups and micro-enterprises.
• Monitor incubated ventures and ensure sustainability of incubation initiatives.
• Lead and mentor the incubation team across multiple locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
