The India Solution Center Manager will lead a newly established hub dedicated to workflow solution development for India that differentiates Agilent in a competitive market. This role combines technical leadership, solution innovation, and customer engagement to strengthen Agilent’s presence and accelerate growth in India.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the India Solution Center team of Pre-sales Application Engineers with a strong focus on developing end-to-end workflows that demonstrate Agilent’s unique value and competitive differentiation.
Drive workflow solution development based on customer needs, creating scalable models that accelerate adoption across pharma, applied, and other high-growth markets.
Provide direct leadership in supporting customers in northern India, ensuring responsive engagement, high-quality solution delivery, and strengthened customer relationships.
Guide the rebranding and scaling of India Solution Center, ensuring impactful customer experiences and efficient use of resources.
Partner with sales, marketing, and R&D to align solution strategies with market requirements and enable sales success from deal qualification through closure.
Establish and expand strategic collaborations with key customers and industry partners in India to co-develop workflows and influence market direction.
Connect with other CoEs in India to share the end-to-end solutions ensuring consistent standards and capabilities across the country.
Meet and support sales targets by enabling workflow demonstrations, proof-of-concept solutions, and competitive displacement strategies.
Stay current on industry trends and anticipate customer needs, maintaining awareness of competition in relevant fields.
Ensure compliance with Agilent-approved credentialing requirements (ID, certifications, safety standards, etc.) for access to customer sites.
Proven leadership in managing solution development teams or application scientists, ideally within life sciences, pharma, or applied markets.
Strong expertise in workflow development and pre-sales solution design that demonstrates clear competitive differentiation.
Experience engaging directly with KOLs, with strong cultural and market understanding.
Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to influence across functions and geographies.
Demonstrated success in driving customer-centric innovation and achieving business growth.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
