Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Management:

Act as the primary interface between business leaders and India Head Office IT, ensuring clear communication of business requirements and technology initiatives.

Business Process Analysis & Process Improvement:

Identify current business process improvement and pain points especially the local nuances

Drive application adoption, ensuring solutions align with both regional business strategy and central IT standards.

Project Management/ Deployment:

Lead or support IT project deployment related to application upgrades, integrations, and new technology deployments.

Report progress, key risks, and achievements to Hub management and Central IT.

Training & Change Enablement:

Train users on new applications and business processes to maximize adoption.

Sponsor continuous improvement and ensure feedback loops with end users.
