Job Description – Manager Internal Audit

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual internal audit plan in line with organizational goals.
- Lead and manage financial, operational, and compliance audits across departments.
- Evaluate internal controls, governance frameworks, and risk management processes.
- Review procurement, sourcing, and production processes for efficiency and transparency.
- Identify gaps in internal controls and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of audit observations.
- Guide and mentor the audit team, ensuring quality audit execution.
- Support special assignments, fraud investigations, or management requests.
- Leverage analytics and automation to improve audit efficiency.
- Monitor production targets, review WIP and TNA deviations, and highlight operational risks to management.
- Prepare monthly production and performance audit reports for decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of internal audit experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Must have working experience in the retail textile or retail fashion industry (highly preferred).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Dynamics D365 and Gtech) and MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
