Job Description – Manager Internal Audit

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the annual internal audit plan in line with organizational goals.
  • Lead and manage financial, operational, and compliance audits across departments.
  • Evaluate internal controls, governance frameworks, and risk management processes.
  • Review procurement, sourcing, and production processes for efficiency and transparency.
  • Identify gaps in internal controls and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
  • Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of audit observations.
  • Guide and mentor the audit team, ensuring quality audit execution.
  • Support special assignments, fraud investigations, or management requests.
  • Leverage analytics and automation to improve audit efficiency.
  • Monitor production targets, review WIP and TNA deviations, and highlight operational risks to management.
  • Prepare monthly production and performance audit reports for decision-making.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–7 years of internal audit experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Must have working experience in the retail textile or retail fashion industry (highly preferred).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Dynamics D365 and Gtech) and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
