Manager Internal Audit

We are looking for an experienced Internal Auditor on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating financial compliance, assessing risks, and improving internal controls to ensure the organization's financial integrity and operational efficiency. This role involves conducting audits, analyzing financial statements, and identifying areas for process enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess compliance with financial regulations and internal controls by executing predefined audit program steps.
• Collaborate with the Head of Department (HOD) to define departmental procedures and ensure ongoing adherence to all established protocols through periodic reviews.
• Perform testing on general ledger entries, account balances, balance sheets, income statements, and associated financial reports.
• Examine and analyze financial records, reports, operational practices, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Evaluate risks and internal controls by pinpointing areas of non-compliance and potential vulnerabilities.
• Review both manual and automated financial processes to ensure effectiveness and reliability.
• Identify weaknesses, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement within operational areas.
• Verify assets and liabilities by cross-referencing and analyzing items against collateral and relevant documentation.

Required Qualifications

• 5-6 years of post-articleship experience in auditing or a related field.
• Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) finalist.
• In-depth knowledge of auditing standards, practices, and regulatory requirements.

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
