We are seeking a Junior Project Manager who is passionate about IT project coordination, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and managing software development projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA engineers, and senior project managers to ensure timely task delivery.
• Maintain and update project documentation including requirements, task lists, meeting minutes, and reports.
• Track project progress, identify delays, and follow up with teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate project updates and task assignments to team members and stakeholders.
• Manage project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana) for task scheduling and tracking.
• Participate in client meetings, gather requirements, and document them clearly.
• Assist in identifying project risks, escalating issues, and proposing simple solutions.
• Support senior PMs in daily coordination, reporting, and workflow management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 6–12 months of experience in project coordination, PM internships, or IT-related roles.
• Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira, Click Up).
• Attention to detail and a proactive work approach.
