Job Title: Manager Internal Auditor
Experience Required: 5–7 Years
Location: Sialkot (Onsite)
Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 09:00 PM (PKT)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager Internal Auditor with 5–7 years of professional auditing experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing internal audits to ensure compliance, strengthen internal controls, and support organizational transparency and efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership qualities, and a deep understanding of financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage the internal audit plan across all departments.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify areas of potential weakness or fraud.
  • Lead and supervise audit teams, ensuring audits are performed according to standards.
  • Evaluate internal controls, financial records, operational processes, and compliance frameworks.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads to implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor follow-up actions and ensure compliance with audit recommendations.
  • Provide guidance on best practices in internal controls, risk management, and governance.
  • Assist management in refining operational efficiency and optimizing systems.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, accounting standards, and internal audit methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in internal auditing, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Professional certification (CIA, ACCA, CA, CMA) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of audit standards, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong report writing and documentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Sialkot during the designated shift.
