About the Role:

At least 3–5 years of experience in international cooperation, regulatory affairs, external relations, public policy, or international regulatory engagement, gained within regulatory authorities, government bodies, international organizations, financial regulators, or reputable institutions, preferably with:

Demonstrated experience in managing international cooperation and external regulatory engagement, including interaction with foreign regulators, international institutions, and development partners.

Proven experience coordinating bilateral and multilateral engagements, including preparation, scheduling, and follow-up of meetings with international counterparts.

Practical exposure to supporting participation in international forums, working groups, conferences, and regulatory platforms, including logistical and substantive coordination.

Experience in drafting, negotiating, managing, or administering Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) and other international cooperation arrangements.

Strong ability to prepare briefs, background notes, talking points, and technical inputs for senior management in connection with international engagements.

Familiarity with international regulatory standards, cross-border cooperation mechanisms, and institutional protocols applicable to financial or digital-asset regulation shall be considered an added advantage.

Excellent communication, coordination, and drafting skills, with experience working closely with senior leadership in high-level international and diplomatic settings.
Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in Public Policy, International relations, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Law, Engineering, Science or a related discipline from a recognized institution.

Relevant professional certifications in public policy, policy analysis, strategic management, project management, public-sector governance, or any other relevant discipline shall be considered an added advantage.
