IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Content Management System (CMS) operations, ensuring seamless content delivery, system performance, and superior customer experience. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of CMS platforms, driving platform stability, executing upgrades, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with overarching business objectives.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the CMS platforms, ensuring 99.9% system availability and optimal performance.
• Oversee content integration, formatting, and publication workflows to ensure timely and accurate delivery across digital channels.
• Coordinate with IT, Marketing, and vendor teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts.
• Perform regular system audits, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve fault tickets within defined SLAs.
• Analyze user engagement and platform performance metrics to generate actionable reports for business stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy standards, and digital governance policies across all managed platforms.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

Qualification

• Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in managing digital platforms, IT systems, or CMS operations.

Technical Competency:

• Proficiency in CMS administration and digital platform management.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, API integrations, and database management.
• Excellent fault management and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
