Position Summary
The Key account manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategy and annual channel/customers plans that are aligned with overall business and customer strategies, while achieving the agreed KPIs for the channel/customers.
A day in the life of a Key Account Manager

Build complete Channel/Customer Plan to drive the overall business.

Lead, coach, and develop the Key account sales team and 3rd party merchandising team.

Lead on the execution of the plans for assigned Account (s) through the key account team, that are aligned with business objectives and customer strategies.

Facilitate excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning.

Nurture productive business relationship to include cross-functional leaders and customer key stakeholders.

Accountable and responsible to achieve agreed upon Key Account targets and KPIs;
Adhere to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and legal regulations.
What will make you successful

Bachelor’s or master’s degree;

Min. 5 years of relevant Key Account Manager experience in different customers;

Demonstrated success in previous roles;
