Project Sales Consultant (Kitchen)

Nabina is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Sales Consultant to join our growing sales team within the kitchen equipment division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving project-based sales growth.

This role requires a motivated self-starter who can identify prospects, build strong customer relationships, manage the full sales cycle, and consistently achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will have experience in project sales, preferably within the kitchen equipment, hospitality, or related industry.

Roles, Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
  • Identify and research potential clients, consultants, contractors, and project opportunities.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct client meetings (in person, phone, email) to present products and solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, quotations, and project proposals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, estimation, operations) for project execution.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to project closing.
  • Maintain and update CRM database with accurate customer and project information.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Handle customer inquiries, negotiate terms, and resolve issues professionally.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Participate actively in sales meetings and performance reviews.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong project sales experience, preferably in kitchen equipment or hospitality solutions.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident in presentations and client negotiations.
  • Good understanding of commercial kitchen layouts and equipment (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using CRM and sales management software.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset.

Education & Experience

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of sales experience (project sales preferred).
  • Experience in kitchen equipment, hospitality projects, construction-related sales, or similar industry is an advantage.
  • High school diploma/GED required; higher education preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR6,000.00 per month
