We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to generate new business through cold calling, lead generation, targeted field visits, and customer engagement. The role requires proven sales experience, strong technical learning ability, and strict adherence to ERP/CRM processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, lead generation, and walk-ins to targeted prospects.
- Conduct planned field visits, customer meetings, and service/product presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and convert opportunities into confirmed business.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Stay up to date with technical details, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Share market intelligence and customer feedback with concerned internal teams.
- Ensure 100% lead, opportunity, quotation, and follow-up tracking in ERP/CRM systems.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, visit reports, and forecast.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation and job execution if required.
- Support post-sales coordination to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of proven Sales & Business Development experience.
- Strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, field prospecting, and closing sales.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM-based sales operations.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and customer meetings on regular basis.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience or knowledge in industries such as Oil & Gas, Calibration, Marine Services, or Electrical parts and equipment trading is an added advantage.
- Experience in B2B, industrial, or service-based sales environments.
