Manager, Lean Digital Transformation (LDT)
We are seeking an experienced, skilled, and dynamic professional to join our LDT team. This role is a unique blend of
business analysis, internal communications, and change management
—ideal for someone who can translate
complex data and digital concepts (Lean, AI, Gen AI, Agentic AI)
into clear, actionable insights and compelling communication formats. The individual will play a pivotal role in
analyzing business data, driving tool adoption, and shaping communication strategies
to influence leadership and employees alike.
Responsibilities:

Analyze large datasets using advanced statistical methods and tools, and build reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to present insights and recommendations

Apply knowledge of data modeling, statistical analysis, and basic machine learning to interpret trends and patterns

Develop and deliver high-quality content across multiple formats—emailers, newsletters, intranet posts, video scripts, presentations, playbooks, SOPs, FAQs, dashboards, and executive decks

Write, edit, and proofread communication for org-wide announcements, leadership notes, and campaigns, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand voice

Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and functional leaders to create SOPs, playbooks, and process documentation

Liaise with cross-functional teams (Account Managers, Business Leads, HR, Design, and Technology) to align messaging and ensure cohesive communication delivery.

Act as a point of escalation for communication-related queries and ensure timely resolution.

Drive Adoption Framework for all UIOP tools in Genpact, build and execute on adoption strategy for tools, undertake change management activities including dashboarding and reporting on critical metrics and work with multiple leaders and teams to drive adoption
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Analytics, Statistics, Digital Transformation, or related discipline.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Communications Specialist, or Change Management professional.

Strong knowledge of data analysis, data modeling, and statistical techniques.

Demonstrated experience in delivering internal communication campaigns (leadership notes, SOPs, playbooks, whitepapers, executive decks).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration platforms (MS Teams, SharePoint).
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to simplify complex insights.

Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.

Exposure to Lean practices and digital transformation programs, with understanding of AI/Gen AI/Agentic AI.

Familiarity with adoption frameworks and change management practices.
-
