In this role, you have the opportunity to deliver…

Functional Expertise

  • Instructional design and storyboarding for learning interventions aligned to business and capability needs.
  • Design and deliver engaging, learner-centric content across multiple modalities (classroom, virtual, blended, self-paced, digital).
  • Manage and evaluate external learning partners , vendors, institutes and universities to ensure quality, relevance and cost-effectiveness in various interventions.
  • Collaborate with business to translate capability gaps into structured learning solutions.
  • Oversee learning operations , including calendars, cohorts, evaluations and documentation.


Problem Solving

  • Diagnose learning needs by analysing business challenges, performance gaps and future skill requirements.
  • Balance business urgency, learner experience, and scalability while designing solutions.
  • Address challenges such as low learner engagement, time constraints or resistance to learning through thoughtful design and stakeholder alignment.
  • Continuously refine programs using feedback, data and learning outcomes.


Interaction

  • Act as a trusted learning partner to business leaders, HRBPs, and functional heads.
  • Communicate learning objectives, expectations, and outcomes clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to align on priorities, success measures, and timelines.
  • Build strong working relationships with external partners, facilitators, and academic institutions.
  • Influence without authority by using data, learner insights, and business context.

Skills & know-how

  • 8-10 years of exp
  • Hands-on experience in instructional design and storyboarding
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learning experience design
  • Content design for classroom, virtual, and digital formats
  • Project management and prioritization skills
  • LMS management exposure (good to have)
  • Vendor and partner management
