Position Overview:
Cybernet is seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager – Learning & Development to join its Human Capital Management team. This role is well-suited for a professional with a strong passion for learning, employee engagement, and organizational development. The incumbent will play a key role in supporting learning initiatives, enhancing employee capabilities, and contributing to a culture of continuous development across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support the L&OD Lead in planning, designing, and executing learning and development initiatives aligned with organizational and business objectives.
· Lead soft skills training initiatives at a nationwide level, ensuring consistent delivery and quality across locations.
· Act as the Train-the-Trainer (TTT) facilitator, building internal trainer capability and supporting knowledge transfer.
· Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in coordination with various departments.
· Develop and enhance training content, including presentations, modules, and learning materials.
· Prepare, manage, and monitor the annual training calendar covering soft skills, technical, leadership, and well-being programs.
· Coordinate and implement employee well-being initiatives and engagement programs.
· Plan and support employee engagement activities across the organization.
· Manage end-to-end training operations, including nominations, attendance tracking, certifications, and reporting.
· Ensure smooth execution of on-site and virtual training sessions by managing logistics and coordination.
· Handle internal communication related to learning and development activities.
· Ensure all learning initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
· 2–3 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development or Training.
· Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
· Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with LMS and virtual learning platforms is preferred.
· Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
