Job Title: Manager , Capability Development (L&D)

Location: Head Office , Saket

Salary Bracket – 12-15 LPA

Reports to : VP - HR

How can you make an Impact?

  • Articulate the vision and value of the learning programs to internal audience(s).
  • Develop leadership curricula for high potential individuals in the organization.
  • Facilitate coaching of high-potential employees for leadership pipeline.
  • Facilitate integration of external hires into the company culture & processes via design & execution of

orientation programs and learning journey(s).

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and a growth mindset.
  • Assist in screening & selection for internal job promotions.
  • Facilitate Management Cadre program execution along with follow throughs.
  • Present data on the progress on the learning plans, investment summary, quality of programs and business

impact with respect to the assigned location/accounts/stakeholders.

  • Handle all locational learning related escalations as the 1st level POC and ensure timely resolution(s).

What are we looking for?

  • MBA (HR or OD) with 7-10 years of experience with a track record in leadership development, talent

management.

  • Strong understanding of leadership development principles and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to design and implement effective leadership programs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Should be proficient in PowerPoint/excel and other MS Office tools
  • Willing to travel between various delivery centers at the location and across country.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
