Manager Maintenance / Electrical

We are looking for an experienced Manager Maintenance / Electrical to oversee maintenance operations related to electrical systems, HVAC units, and industrial machinery. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, with proven experience in managing maintenance teams, ensuring equipment reliability, and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and supervise maintenance teams for electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.

· Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

· Oversee installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical panels, motors, pumps, and compressors.

· Ensure smooth functioning of all electrical and mechanical equipment.

· Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for maintenance and technical support.

· Maintain maintenance records and prepare performance and downtime reports.

· Enforce safety standards and compliance with company policies.

· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system performance and reduce downtime.

Requirements:

· Education: BS in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

· Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in maintenance, MEP, and HVAC systems.

· Strong knowledge of electrical control systems, industrial machinery, and automation.

· Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Preferably a candidate with experience in packaging industry.
