Manager Maintenance – Gujranwala

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Supervise technicians and maintenance staff to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Develop maintenance schedules for machinery, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain records of repairs, servicing, and parts inventory.
• Monitor maintenance budgets and control costs effectively.
• Liaise with vendors/contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
• Implement energy-saving and sustainability initiatives.
• Provide technical support during breakdowns and emergencies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• 5–7 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in manufacturing/service sector.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent team leadership and communication abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs110,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
