Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on AI Marketing Technology Manager to build, deploy, and operate AI-powered systems that transform marketing performance, campaign efficiency, and customer engagement . This is a builder role , ideal for someone who enjoys end-to-end ownership — from identifying growth opportunities to shipping AI tools and automations that drive real impact .

You will collaborate with marketing, growth, content, design and product teams , using modern AI tools and no-code/low-code platforms to deliver solutions that make marketing smarter, faster, and more effective.

Roles and Responsibilities

• AI-Powered Campaign Automation: Design and deploy AI-driven workflows for lead scoring, churn detection, personalized outreach, creative generation , and more.
• Rapid Experimentation & MVP Shipping: Ideate and launch growth experiments using AI — from concept to live test — with fast iterations.
• Marketing’s AI Operator: Act as the core AI operator for marketing teams , translating business problems into practical AI solutions.
• Scaling Existing Systems: Take over existing AI automations and workflows , optimize, and scale them across marketing channels .
• MarTech Stack Expansion: Continuously evaluate and integrate AI-first tools (LLMs, voice/chat AI, personalization engines) into the marketing technology stack .
• Outcome-Focused Delivery: Align every AI initiative with clear marketing KPIs — lead volume, conversion uplift, CAC reduction, TAT improvement.
• Autonomous End-to-End Execution: Own the entire lifecycle — scoping, building, testing, deploying — without reliance on engineering teams.
• Internal AI Enablement: Create internal playbooks, trainings, and reusable templates so marketing teams can operate with greater autonomy using AI.
