Manager Marketing

Liberty Books is seeking a creative and results-driven Manager Marketing to lead and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, drive store traffic, and increase sales across retail and online channels. The role requires strong expertise in retail marketing, brand management, digital campaigns, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and retail sales.
  • Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, book launches, author events, and promotional activities across stores and digital platforms.
  • Manage brand identity and positioning to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and website promotions.
  • Coordinate with retail operations to create in-store promotions, merchandising campaigns, and customer engagement activities.
  • Manage relationships with creative agencies, publishers, authors, and media partners.
  • Oversee content development for social media, advertising, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities within the retail and publishing industry.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within approved spending.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, or publishing industries.
  • Proven experience managing brand campaigns and retail promotions.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs220,000.00 per month
