A well-established manufacturers of concrete pavers, blocks, and façades, utilizing advanced dry-cast and wet-cast production technologies.Our Products are used in residential, commercial, and industrial projects such as driveways, walkways, building structures, and architectural exteriors. We are expanding our business footprint and seeking a dynamic, result-driven Marketing & Sales Manager to lead growth initiatives and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales & marketing strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities in construction, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and corporate clients.
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research, pricing analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Requirements:

  • Education: MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in industrial, construction, or manufacturing products (preferably building materials, steel, cement, tiles, or related sectors).
  • Strong B2B and B2C marketing, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build brand visibility and expand market share.
  • Self-driven, professional, and capable of working independently.
