Job description:

Responsibilities:

Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their insurance needs, and provide expert advice on risk management and loss prevention strategies.

Negotiation & Placement: Negotiate with various insurance carriers to secure the most suitable coverage, rates, and policy terms for clients.

Risk Assessment & Analysis: Analyse client businesses to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate insurance solutions and risk management programs.

Claims Management: Oversee and guide the handling of insurance claims, ensuring timely and favourable resolutions for clients.

Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, new insurance products, regulations, and market changes to provide informed advice.

Business Development: Acquire new clients and accounts, driving revenue growth for the brokerage.

Team Leadership & Training: Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior brokers and other team members.

Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to all relevant insurance laws and regulations, and prepare reports for management on coverage status and risk exposures.

Requirements
Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, or Risk Management.

Experience: Significant experience (7-10+ years) in the insurance industry, with proven experience in managing clients, policies, and risk. Must work towards CII Level 4

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
