Job role

  • CLIENT ENGAGEMENT AND SALES:
  • Host client meetings and deliver property orientations to PAN India and NRI investors, as well as walk-in customers, to effectively negotiate and close deals within specified turnaround times.
  • Facilitate customer revisits and address queries through consistent follow-ups to enhance conversion ratios.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and plans in collaboration with management to establish sales goals for Mumbai, PAN India, and international markets.
  • Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Organize personal events and exhibitions to generate leads, acquire new channel partners, and collect data for targeted leads.
  • Coordinate with existing channel partners and source and appoint new partners to expand business reach.
  • Ensure compliance with CRM systems and streamline reporting for strategic planning.
  • Deliver top-tier service to NRI and HNI clients with customized sales strategies.
  • Develop new clients in collaboration with marketing teams through innovative initiatives and manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, driving further revenue through loyalty and referrals.
  • Maintain cordial relationships with existing customers to ensure business sustainability, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and superlative customer experience.
  • Utilize CRM tools like SFDC to manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Retain existing clients through strong convincing and negotiation skills, offering service recoveries when required.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities for growth, and potential risks to inform business strategy.
