The Manager of Affiliate and Influencer Partnerships is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through the strategic development and optimization of affiliate and influencer marketing initiatives. This individual will lead external and internal affiliate programs and establish strong influencer relationships, ensuring these partnerships align with company goals and deliver measurable results. The role requires a combination of strong sales acumen, creative thinking, and expertise in affiliate and influencer marketing to accelerate company growth.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Affiliate Program Leadership:
· Manage all aspects of affiliate programs, including onboarding, nurturing relationships, and ensuring optimal performance for internal and external partners.
· Oversee discovery and recruitment of high-performing affiliates to expand program distribution and profitability.
· Serve as the primary liaison between the company and affiliate networks, such as Advertise Purple and Katalys.
· Collaborate with accounting to ensure timely, accurate commission payouts and resolve any discrepancies.
· Manage email paid drops, including coordinating with partners, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring successful execution of campaigns.
Influencer Marketing Engagement:
· Cultivate relationships with influencers, negotiating agreements that align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
· Monitor influencer campaigns, ensuring timely execution and compliance with performance metrics.
· Coordinate influencer activities, including content approvals and performance reporting.
Campaign Management and Optimization:
· Monitor and analyze affiliate and influencer campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
· Optimize campaigns through testing and performance-driven adjustments to meet sales and ROI targets.
· Ensure accurate tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs), such as clicks, conversions, and revenue attribution.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
· Leverage strong sales skills to negotiate deals with affiliates and influencers, driving program success.
· Build a pipeline of potential partnerships through cold outreach and strategic targeting.
· Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue through affiliate and influencer channels.
Operational Excellence:
· Maintain and manage affiliate and influencer assets, including agreements, links, creatives, and schedules.
· Ensure the department calendar is accurate, including promotion timelines, creative submissions, and reporting schedules.
· Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to resolve operational or campaign-related challenges.
· Manage the affiliate software platform and ensure proper tracking of all affiliate activities.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
· Regularly generate detailed performance reports for internal stakeholders and external partners.
· Update internal tracking sheets, such as JV promo stats and campaign performance metrics.
· Prepare custom reports for VIP affiliates and stakeholders, showcasing campaign outcomes and future recommendations.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
· Conduct regular touch-base meetings with department heads and cross-functional teams to align on goals and strategies.
· Establish operational procedures to streamline affiliate and influencer program management.
· Support technical troubleshooting for affiliates, addressing tracking issues or commission discrepancies as needed.
Education:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
● Equivalent professional experience in marketing or a related discipline may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Training Requirements (licenses, programs or certifications):
● Certifications in sales, digital marketing, or influencer engagement (preferred).
● Ongoing professional development in affiliate or influencer marketing is a plus.
Skills/Experience:
● At least 4+ years of experience in affiliate and influencer marketing, with a proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth.
● Strong experience in negotiating and managing partnerships, with a focus on performance-based campaigns.
● Proficiency in affiliate tracking software, analytics platforms, and reporting tools.
● Excellent communication skills for building and maintaining relationships with partners.
● Strong analytical abilities to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies for ROI.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
