Manager of Marketing & Content - In Person

We’re hiring a Manager of Marketing & Content to own our content strategy and execution across short-form platforms. This role is for someone who can think strategically, create high-performing content, manage tools and systems, and lead execution — not just edit videos.

You should understand what content works, why it works, and how to scale it across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Leadership
Develop and manage short-form content strategy across all platforms
Set creative direction, content themes, and posting cadence
Plan content calendars and oversee execution

Short-Form Content Creation
Create and oversee high-performing short-form videos
Develop hooks, storyboards, and content frameworks
Repurpose long-form content into multiple short clips

Editing & Production
Edit content using CapCut and oversee quality control
Ensure captions, transitions, effects, and branding are consistent
Optimize videos for platform-specific best practices

Marketing & Growth
Understand and apply social media algorithms, trends, and audience behavior
Collaborate on Facebook Ads and Google Ads creative
Optimize content for engagement, reach, and conversions

Tools, Systems & Collaboration
Manage workflows using Slack, Zoom, Gmail, and Calendly
Organize assets and files using Google Drive and Dropbox
Coordinate with operations and leadership teams

Performance & Optimization
Track content performance and report insights
Iterate strategy based on data and results
Identify what’s working and scale winning formats

Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in content creation or digital marketing
Proven ability to lead content strategy and execution
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends
Excellent organization, communication, and time management
Comfortable managing multiple platforms and priorities
Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
Team leadership or contractor management experience
Analytics and reporting experience
Brand or client-based content background

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
