Job Purpose:
The Manager of Operational Transformation plays a critical role in redesigning, optimizing, and digitizing Floward’s fulfillment and delivery operations. This role drives scalable, data-driven solutions across logistics workflows, partners with tech and product teams to resolve operational pain points, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement through structured training, system integration, and change management. The position is pivotal in ensuring operational agility, excellence, and customer satisfaction as Floward continues to scale globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Optimization & Workflow Improvement

Lead diagnostic reviews to identify inefficiencies in fulfillment, warehouse, and last-mile delivery operations.

Design and implement streamlined workflows to increase throughput and minimize errors or delays.

Leverage KPIs (e.g., processing time, lead time, CSAT) to measure performance and guide improvement.

Standardize processes across regions and vendors to maintain service quality and consistency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Tech Enablement

Act as the operational point-of-contact for backlog items related to product and engineering teams.

Drive enhancements in operational systems (OMS, WMS, delivery tracking) to reduce manual work and increase automation.

Maintain strong feedback loops between frontline operations and technical teams for issue resolution and system scalability.
Training & Capability Building

Design and deliver training programs tailored to fulfillment teams, delivery staff, and operations support.

Continuously update training materials to reflect current tools, systems, and protocols.

Lead onboarding and development initiatives to enhance workforce productivity and adherence to safety standards.

Foster a learning culture focused on speed, accuracy, and excellence.
Digital Transformation & Systems Integration

Lead end-to-end digitization of manual or outdated processes within warehousing and logistics.

Ensure smooth integration of new platforms that enhance real-time visibility and operational control.

Partner with tech teams to manage system upgrades and enforce process governance.

Champion adoption of digital tools through enablement and structured change support.
Change Management & Continuous Improvement

Lead change initiatives across operational processes and system landscapes.

Build communication and engagement plans to support new process rollouts and transitions.

Monitor implementation outcomes and ensure sustainable adoption of process innovations.

Proactively eliminate bottlenecks and elevate the customer experience through smart, scalable solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

5–7 years of experience in operations, fulfillment, or logistics—preferably within e-commerce or retail sectors.

Demonstrated experience leading transformation or improvement projects across supply chain functions.

Hands-on knowledge of OMS, WMS, TMS systems and process mapping tools.

Familiarity with lean methodologies, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement frameworks.

Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders across geographies.
