Manager of School Operation ( MSO)

Egypt Education Platform is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager of School Operations (MSO) to help drive operational excellence across our educational institutions at Madinaty Integrated Language School. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our schools operate smoothly and efficiently, contributing to a positive educational environment for our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily school operations and implement effective management strategies.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to enhance operational practices.
• Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Develop policies and procedures that support the school's educational mission.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular assessments and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Handle logistics, facilities management, and vendor relationships to improve operational efficiency.
• Mentor and develop staff to build a high-performing team.
• Promote effective communication within the school community and with external stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Education Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in school operations or educational management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, Patient, Flexible, and Positive when handling Problems.
• Experience in budget management and financial acumen.
• Familiarity with educational regulations and best practices in school operations.
