Manager Operations

We are seeking an experienced **Manager Operations** to oversee daily activities of our play land facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, deliver excellent customer experience, and manage staff performance while maintaining safety and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee day-to-day operations of the play land. * Supervise and train staff to ensure high-quality customer service. * Develop and implement operational policies and SOPs. * Monitor safety standards and compliance with company guidelines. * Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination. * Prepare and present operational reports to management. * Drive sales, promotions, and customer engagement activities. * Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure resolution. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field. * 5+ years of experience in operations management (entertainment, hospitality, or retail preferred). * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. * Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits. * Exciting work environment in the entertainment industry. * Opportunities for growth and career development.
