Manager Operations – Gujranwala

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities at the Gujranwala branch.
• Ensure smooth execution of company SOPs, policies, and compliance standards.
• Lead and mentor operational teams to achieve KPIs.
• Monitor branch performance and prepare periodic reports for senior management.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost controls.
• Collaborate with HR, Admin, and Finance for workforce and operational needs.
• Handle escalated customer/operational issues professionally.
• Ensure all safety, security, and regulatory requirements are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or relevant field.
• 6–10 years of operational management experience (service or retail sector preferred).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/Operations software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs110,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
