Operations Manager urgently required for our corporate office in Chandigarh - Jindal Poles Pvt Ltd

Age : 40 years and above

Experience : Minimum 10-12 years ( Proven experience as Operations Manager or similar role )

Qualification : Bachelors/Masters

Gender : Male only

Sincere & highly dedicated person

Good English / Hindi & Punjabi communication skills required

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-driven and strategic Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations, improve processes, and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The role focuses on efficiency, quality control, cost optimization, and people management to drive organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and oversee daily operational activities
• Develop and implement efficient processes and SOPs
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and operational performance
• Manage vendors, suppliers, and service providers
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
• Coordinate with finance, HR, sales, and logistics teams
• Control budgets, expenses, and resource allocation
• Lead, train, and evaluate operations staff
• Identify operational risks and implement preventive solutions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong operational planning and execution skills
• Must know English / Hindi (Preferred: Punjabi also)
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability
• Knowledge of process optimization and cost control
• Strong communication and management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
