MANAGER OPERATIONS (DHA-2 , Islamabad)

Position: Manager Operations

We are looking for a highly competent and result-driven Manager Operations to oversee and streamline all operational aspects—both technical and non-technical—of our ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end operations of construction and development projects
• Coordinate between engineering, procurement, sales, and administrative teams
• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Supervise site activities, contractor performance, and compliance with safety standards
• Develop and implement operational policies and process improvements
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement planning
• Monitor project progress and prepare performance reports for management
• Handle client coordination and ensure service excellence

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master’s degree (MBA/MS) will be considered an advantage

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in real estate development, construction, or project operations
• Proven experience managing both technical (site/project) and non-technical (admin/coordination) operations
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project planning, and team management
• Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously is preferred
