The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational performance and coordination of Qiddiya's city assets. This role serves as a critical link between strategic planning and operational execution, ensuring that all city operations are delivered efficiently, safely, and in alignment with the guest experience standards and operational readiness objectives.

Manage and coordinate daily city operations across multiple assets, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to operational KPIs

Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational policies across assigned areas of responsibility

Act as a primary coordination point between the City Command Unit, Security, Fire & Life Safety, Facilities, and asset-level operational teams

Monitor operational performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive corrective actions to maintain operational excellence

Support the planning and execution of major events, seasonal activations, and phased asset openings from an operational readiness perspective

Lead or contribute to operational readiness assessments, pre-opening checklists, and testing & commissioning activities

Manage vendor and contractor relationships for operational services, ensuring compliance with contractual SLAs and quality standards

Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and briefings for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Key Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in operations management within large-scale entertainment, hospitality, mixed-use developments, or urban operations environments

Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate complex operational processes across multiple stakeholders

Strong understanding of operational readiness methodologies, testing & commissioning, and pre-opening planning

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Experience operating in the GCC region and familiarity with Saudi Vision 2030 giga-projects is highly advantageous
