Job Title: Manager Pasteurization & Egg Powder Processing
Location: Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science & Technology, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, or a related field.
Experience: 8–10 years of relevant experience in food processing, preferably in egg processing or dairy pasteurization, including at least 4–5 years in a managerial role.
Skills:

  • Strong expertise in pasteurization processes, liquid egg handling, and egg powder production (spray drying technology).
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety systems, including HACCP, ISO 9001:2015, and HALAL standards.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive operational excellence.
  • Hands-on experience with plant utilities, spray dryers, homogenizers, and heat exchangers.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Production/Manufacturing Module).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and cost optimization.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage pasteurization and egg powder production operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and product quality.
  • Oversee liquid egg processing, pasteurization, and spray drying operations in line with industry best practices.
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Monitor and optimize production parameters to maximize yield and minimize waste.
  • Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of plant machinery and utilities.
  • Coordinate closely with Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
  • Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and audit readiness as per regulatory requirements.
  • Train and develop plant staff to maintain high performance and operational discipline.
