HIRING: MANAGER – PAYROLL & HR OPERATIONS
A client of Ortak Consultants (Pvt.) Limited is looking for a “Manager – Payroll and HR Operations”
Location: Shahrah –e –Faisal, Karachi
Industry: Insurance/Financial Services
Requirements:
- 7–8 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll Administration, or Employee Lifecycle Management.
- Proven experience managing outsourced payroll and HR service providers, including coordination, governance, and quality control.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS, attendance systems, and payroll processes.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality in handling employee data.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, contracts, and full & final settlements.
- Coordinate with outsourced payroll vendors for accurate monthly payroll processing including salaries, deductions, bonuses, and reimbursements.
- Assist in employee and educational verifications.
- Establish, monitor, and continuously improve HR operational processes, SOPs, and controls.
- Ensure compliance with PF, EOBI, and other statutory regulations related to payroll and HR operations.
- Maintain and monitor HRIS records, attendance data, and HR documentation accuracy.
- Support payroll audits, prepare payroll reports/dashboards, and resolve employee payroll queries.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and statutory HR compliance requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for payroll consultants and other HR service providers.
- Coordinate between HR, Finance, and employees to ensure smooth operations.
- Any other tasks assigned by Management time to time.
