Job Description

Function Summary Responsible for Total Rewards portfolio and support the function in specific areas including salary design and benchmarking, merit and bonus administration for ~15000 staff, policies and benefits review, performance management and benefits, employee recognition initiatives, rewards and recognition, lead NRC agenda and IRDA compliance requirements for Executive Committee, and extend support to functional projects across the portfolioJob SummaryResponsible for transforming data and analysis into insights and recommendations to impact the strategic direction of the people strategy. Role will also support special projects and strategic initiatives related to People strategy. The role will provide external insights through market intelligence & contemporary workplace practices to aid total rewards decision making and policy development. Key Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables:•Create compelling dashboards to track and measure the health of various people processes with intuitive visualization •Synthesize data to provide impactful insights & reports to aid key people decision and ongoing process improvements•Provide external insights on best practice / industry updates drawn from various sources •Provide insights on structure, spans, layers (internal vs external)•Monitor external market pay ranges and market trends•Point of contact and subject matter expert for ad hoc people data and analytics requests•Synthesize people data from various sources within and outside to discover aspects of the employee lifecycle and determine opportunities for improvement that will continuously drive retention and engagement scores•Central budget governance to ensure adequate monitoring of HR costsKey skills required•High degree of attention to detail, strong organization skills, ability to balance multiple projects •Ability to develop strategic recommendations•Strong business acumen•Clarity of thinking and Problem Solving ability•Excellent project management skills•Strong Presentation and Communication skills•Networking and Influencing skills•Result OrientationDesired Qualifications•MBA in HR •Certification in HR Analytics will be preferred•Experience – 3+ years of relevant experience of working on people analytics •Knowledge of financial/ insurance sector is mandatory
